Enrole (enroleapp.com) is a patent-pending, mobile-first application that matches job-seekers and talent-seekers in a one-to-one format using an AI/ML driven algorithm. The application has a similar interface to Tinder, using double-blind matching that allows candidates and recruiters to match with each other if both users swipe “yes.” The app aims to shift the focus of the hiring system to people, not job postings, through a 25-second video or audio elevator pitch feature that allows users to give context to their career experiences, or share a backstory, humanizing their resume. Enrole’s current focus is connecting startup recruiters to college students majoring in CS-related fields, as oftentimes, startups can have difficulty sourcing technical talent that also has the culture fit aspect they are looking for.
Description
At Enrole, while we have a variety of opportunities, our main focus right now is fully developing and launching our mobile app. The bulk of the work for this part-time role is made up of building out features, fixing bugs, infrastructure changes, UI fixes, and other ad-hoc full-stack work as necessary. We are currently seeking individuals who can contribute to projects and assist with responsibilities such as:
Build RESTful APIs based on business requirements
Architect core infrastructure behind features and business requirements with scalability and cost in mind
Manage production infrastructure for uptime and reliability
Work with innovative cloud services on AWS to create business logic
Handle DevOps work related to managing CI/CD pipelines and developer infrastructure
Participate in discussions on growing our software + bring unique ideas to the team
Recommended Skillset:
Flutter (highly recommended)
JavaScript
AWS and Google Cloud Platform
Git
CI/CD Experience
Prior experience developing REST APIs
Familiarity with authentication/authorization standards like OAuth 2.0, SAML. OIDC
